Hello,
1. I checked and found the link still works
2. It's possible that you create a menu item and not Assign module. So, not display menu when selected
To assign:
You go to module manager.
Choose Main Menu
Menu Assignment tab and select the check box to display the menu

Hello,
You can go to: templates/jf_calla-exteriors/html/mod_k2_content/Default/default.php
Add $Itemid = jRequest::getVar('Itemid'); after line code
defined('_JEXEC') or die;:

And Find $item->link replace as $item->link.'&Itemid='.$Itemid.
If it's not working please send me some ftp to email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . I will check for you

The OS & browsers said something onwhich the problems occurred and that I've checked.

Can you describe more clearly the error?

About iOS: The template isn't recognized as mobile on iOS

Our template is responsive and works well on mobile. Maybe in the editing process. You've made responsive features are missing
