To disable mouse wheel scroll:
Edit the following .php: /templates/jf_calla-exteriors/index.php

Line 91-95 is currently:
var mapProp = {
center:myCenter,
zoom:13,
mapTypeId:google.maps.MapTypeId.ROADMAP

Change it to:
var mapProp = {
center:myCenter,
zoom:13,
scrollwheel: false,
mapTypeId:google.maps.MapTypeId.ROADMAP

Mouse wheel scrolling disabled on Google maps. No more zoom in/out via mouse wheel.
